Our doctors were fabulous!!! The doctor team, led by Dr. Bill Bradley from Alabama, worked tirelessly to serve all those who came to the clinic, and their unique and fun-loving humor was infectious :).

Some fast facts about the OneSight Montana Regional Clinic Ft. Belknap:

-1,757 total served with tests, exams, & referrals

-720 glasses made on-site in the OneSight Vision Van, IRIS!

Flying Eagle Boy

This seven-year-old boy danced in traditional Indian clothing tonight for the team as part of a very heart-felt celebration honoring our time bringing the gift of sight in Montana.
This boy's mother and grandmother both graciously volunteered all week in the clinic for our OneSight Regional Clinic here.
Flying Eagle Boy's father is currently serving in Iraq. He danced to honor not only him and his family tonight, but the team as well.

Picking Flowers

Although, their school year is almost complete during our clinic week, we are able to serve the community at the Red Whip Community Center in Ft. Belknap, Montana.
Everyone is enjoying the flowers along the way...

Clear vision is now possible for this woman thanks to all the partners, volunteers and team members who are helping out this week at the OneSight Regional Clinic here in Ft. Belknap, Montana.

This woman is a Hutterite and lives in a colony in Harlem, Montana. Her community members perfrom various work tasks like farming, cooking, and sewing all of which are made easier with the gift of sight.

Montana Here We Come!

This picture is from a OneSight (then Gift of Sight) Clinic to Tuba City, Arizona several years ago. The photograph was taken of recipients patiently waiting outside the vision van. Part of the word "Foundation" is visible on the van's side panel which is part of the Luxottica Group Foundation. Fundraising and donating to OneSight has a huge impact on those waiting for us to make a difference!

It won't be long until the team has similar pictures and will be posting stories from the OneSight Regional Ft. Belknap, Montana Clinic.

Montana Loves Glasses!

The OneSight Regional Clinic to Montana begins in eight days. Lots of anticipation and excitement and planning has been building for months surrounding this wonderful opportunity to give the gift of sight.

However, as a photographer, it's the quiet moments that I always remember when I am at a clinic~even though it is an extremely energetic environment. For example, when a child proudly chooses their favorite frames and has that awesome look on his/her face, or a doctor gently smiles reassuringly at one of his/her patients...those moments remind me of how powerful GIVING is.

The transformation in the recipient is so impactful, but just as much so for the GIVER.

I can't wait to come together with wonderful people who will be making a difference in the lives of those I am about to meet. 8 days and counting!!!
